My big belief is that when we become safe in our mind and bodies, it is only then we can live our fullest human experience as spiritual beings.

I live and breath my work it truly is my happy place. From a very young age I was never truly happy and could not work out why I felt so different my my friends around me, they all new how to be happy, but I had never truely felt this, I found it easy to mask and make out I was always happy, and so by the age of 14 I could no longer mask, I crashed and burned out and had to have deep therapy, which seem to help at the time, but over the years and lots of therapy it was only a sticking plaster for me personally.

Massage and Reflexology are two of my non-invasive treatments aiming to relax, revive, heal, relieve tension and treat illnesses.

MASSAGE is a treatment that aims to relax, revive and heal the body, using manualhands-on movement and manipulation of the soft tissue and muscles in the body.

REFLEXOLOGY is a non-invasive Holistic Therapy used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands and face linked to every part of the body.

Sound Healing Therapy is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational harmony and balance.

Healing is such a personal journey and everyone's needs are different.

Within a 121 sound healing session you will be cocooned in the gentle sound waves of the Tibetan singing bowls. This helps to encourage stress relief, anxiety reduction and bring about total mind and body relaxation.

You can never imagine that something as simple as breathing can aid with physical, emotional, energy, trauma, the list is endless. That thing we do all day without even thinking about it?

How can breathing the way nature intended change anything?

Optimal breathing is inhaling and exhaling through the nose, 10-14 breaths per minite, expanding the stomach, diaphragm contracts and the lungs fill with air.

I decided to put together Sound & Mind Reset as I know how amazing these proven holistic techniques are individually but put them together and you get a fantastic nervous system reset which is fantastic in helping combat stress, anxiety, overwhelm and stress related ilnesses.

After a full consultation we can decide which therapies will be the best going forward.

You will also be able to use some of the techniques after each session, i.e. breathwork and we can also record the suggestive meditation.
